The timing was perfect because I was leaving on a cruise a week later. That's why I needed the strapless bra. I went in again Sunday for some new bras. I've lost 80 lbs and don't even know what size I need. So Rita came to the rescue, understood the assignment and fit me with three no wire full coverage bras. The fit is perfect and comfortable!!! The man behind the counter asked if I was looking for something in particular. I mentioned a brand I use, and instead of simply saying they didn't carry it, he snapped at me, told me I'd "never find that here in South Carolina," and then launched into an unwanted political rant. I didn't ask for his opinions. I didn't bring up politics. I was a polite customer who was met with hostility, condescension, and arrogance. For someone who runs a shop that depends on visitors and tourists, treating people this way is beyond unprofessional -- it's downright insulting. There are plenty of places on Hilton Head where customers are welcomed and respected. This is not one of them.
