I didn't have a lot of luck with finding stuff that fit me right (being a young adult between sizes) I admit I had a lot of stuff to put back so I asked if they had a rack or somewhere to put the clothes the lady (who I was told was the manager) had said either I put it back or they do and I was about to turn around and put it back when she was super rude and had me give it to her to put it back. when she saw the amount of stuff I had to put back she started body shaming me saying "are you seriously not gonna buy any of this" and "how does none of this fit you" along with getting 3 other people to help and saying all of these are XL and L's rudely, just general being mean I was stunned. she said the same things to my friend who was with me and I was seriously thinking about putting the stuff I was buying back and walking out but I know the proceeds go to a good cause supporting women. I thought about going back and telling her she should really think about how she talks to people because people talk and having younger people in your store is important for keeping another generation shopping at your store. I have talked to a few people and they agree they have almost always seen her being rude to people.
