This time, we were hoping to buy living room and dining room furniture. However, this salesperson came up and was rude right away. If we would say something wrong, instead of correcting nicely, he jumped down our throats. He could have left us sooner. Of the 7, one didn't work at all -- took two weeks to get it replaced. There was a feature I told them very specifically I did NOT want -- it was there. The stove was not what I ordered, but since they had nothing at their store that I wanted, they refused to do anything about it. One item did not have a handle, one item had not been leveled. When my son-in-law tried to level it, he discovered there was a back wheel missing. That was a month ago -- still no back wheel. Unfortunately, it is about the only place to order appliances in this town. Maybe that's why they don't seem to care if their customers are satisfied.
