This is a new shopping center that is easy to get to. The outlets were a little smaller than I'm used to. Maybe because I've been to some Gap Factory stores. But, I scored some good deals and made out with 6 sweaters and 2 pairs of jeans for $100. They also had a DSW shoe store, Pier One and several other cool stores. I didn't see much in the way of food options and wished there was somewhere close by to grab a bite of lunch. But, maybe they'll add that to the area at some point.

There are a few empty storefronts. Easy access from US-78 (Business) with a traffic light near the Olive Garden and State Route 10 (Athens Perimeter) is near.
