Between this location and the Stage Rd/Bartlett location, this one is the larger of the two BUT the Bartlett location is much more organized than this one. This is one of those places where sometimes I leave with a bag full stuff and other times I leave with nothing. But when you do find something good it's always way cheaper here than in any store. I'v purchased several clothing items that were Target brand, a couple of kitchen gadgets, and loads of kids items and all of which have been the same quality as if purchased in stores BUT at a much cheaper price! This location had the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. The sales staff were rude and unapproachable. It was 5 minutes to close and they all but shoved me out the front door. I understand that your closing but if I'm there 45 minutes before you close, and trying to check out you could at least acknowledge that I'm standing in front of you waiting while you chat with your coworkers and friends. I had a question about a laptop bag and she refused to answer my question because it was literally TWO minutes after closing. Would not sell it to me or even hold it until the next day. REALLY? Also, this place is a COMPLETE disaster. There is broken glass everywhere in the housewares department. ALL of the product boxed have been opened and if you open one and stick your hand in, you could EASILY slice your hand. DO NOT bring your kids here. Stuff falls off the shelves because it's so disorganized. There is a substantial amount of unsafe rust on the shelves. This place is DIRTY!!! I wanted two matching pillows for my bed and of the pillows I liked (the ONLY matching two on the shelves), one had a broken zipper that I was willing to repair for the good price. The manager said that I have to take it how it is "because thats why the product is so cheap". I pointed out that the other pillow was not damaged at the same price. The only reason I purchased them and a comforter with 2 shams, (most of the sheets were made of polyester) is because they were in sealed bags that had no signs of being tampered with. Unlike most of the others that were on rusty, dirty shelves. They have a "beauty" section that contains opened and leaking product mixed in with leaking juice boxes and other randomness. Very unsanitary. How can you sell tampered beauty and heath products? The lighting section had a little promise. They did have some decent lamps and lighting that you could install into your ceiling at pretty good prices, however I would be worried about the quality of the wiring, etc. They also had a "pet" section, however it contained not a single pet supply. Instead it had opened hardware tools. The best part of this store is the kids toys and sports equipment, but still even that is not great as a lot of the toys were opened and missing pieces. They do have a kids clothing section (looks EXACTLY like a Goodwill) but I could not go in because 10 minutes before closing there was a girl standing there berating customers that they close soon. I'm guessing that you could find some good deals in there for growing kids! The prices are not that great for a "bargain" store as 80% of it is damaged. Also they boast that every week the prices automatically go down 10%, you have to do the math yourself on every item, bc they do not reprice product when it is further discounted. Almost all of the product on the shelves was "current" and not discounted at all. I did find a couple items that were 10-20% off due to the date on the package, BUT they were all broken or missing items! STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE unless you want to deal with poorly trained and uncaring staff, unsafe environment, and a tetanus shot. TJMaxx and Marahalls are WAY nicer (an even they are messy) ...that should say something. I would rather shop at Goodwill than this place. Very disappointing. read more

Found this store while fueling up at the gas station in front of it. Since I am new here I figured why not check it out. WELL - while it's not the fanciest of stores there were tons of finds if you have the time. I purchased a king size down comforter with the Macy's tag still on it (appears it was a mis ship or overstock) for only $39.00 WHAT $39.00 yeas such a good deal had to say it twice!! It is so perfect and cheap - Macy's tag reads $179 and clearly still available for that and more on their site. Also purchased two Razor electric scooters NEW for only $39.99 currently selling at target for $129 - bought them for my twin 4 yr olds for when they are a bit older. This store is great for baby stuff! They always have super discounted carseats, strollers, and other things people usually spend way too much money on. Everything else is a gamble. I always check here first for things I need, but it's really just very hit or miss. I got a $200 carseat for $100 that was brand new and it has served us well. Then another time I bought a microwave. When we got home and took it out of the box, it was clearly very used. There was food literally caked in it. In that same trip we bought some really nice pots and pans for really cheap that I love and use almost every day. TL;DR, the discounts at this place make it really worth it when you get a good deal. I went the first weekend this store opened, and it was awesome! Great prices and good bargains to be had. However, every time I have been back since has been a disappointment. Things are either priced much higher than retail, things are being repriced with newer dates (thus no discounts), or everything is missing a piece or doesn't work. 3 out of 4 items I have purchased have either not worked or had a part missing from the box when I got home. I hate to say this but It is true. I proved to my wife that most of the stuff in the store will never go down. I know for a fact that they constantly change the dates on the merchandise so that you will just about always get 10% off. How do I know well late june I purchased a LG BluRay Player got it home on a Saturday hooked it up on Sunday and it would not read any dvds (copied or original). My 1yr old got hold to a sharpie and wrote on the box. I returned the player that Monday with no issues and everything was swell so I thought. Got back home and realized that I didn't put the remote back in the box. So know I have two remotes. Here is when things went left field I went back today over a month later to browse the store. Went to the bluray section and low and behold guess what I saw all of the LG players had August dates on them so that means only 10 percent off. Ok cool until I found one that said you know what "NO REMOTE!!!!!!" hmm coincidence NOT!!! Same sharpie marks on the box!!!! Are you kidding me. I called one employee out on them just putting new stickers on them and he said they don't do that. I told him about the one I brought back and it looked like he say a ghost. The excuse he gave me was that if the sticker comes off they have to replace it with a up to date on. How ironic. the sticker just peels off. Pay attention all the good stuff have cut outs on the boxes. Its were the old sticker was. He told me that is where the manufacturer barcode was. Really!!
