There is a small car park attached to store but this is often full, there is a council pay and display carpark just across the road. A shop well worth popping into regularly to spot a bargin or two.

Seeing that it was all the money that I had left, the cashier was nice enough to let me off the 50p in case I needed it in an emergency! Now I'm no lightning calculator, but I could see I was already getting a deal as it was, and to get a considerable percentage off on top from the kindness of a strangers heart just sweetened the deal. This store is in a pretty great location with all the bus stops nearby. If I'm already shopping in Commercial Road I might pop in this branch, but as there is now a Poundland just a across the Road, I'd probably shop in there. They are still good value though, and this one seems to have quite a lot of bits for the kitchen in it. Stock doesn't seem to change very often (unlike Poundland) so I find it's not really worth going in unless I need something. This time of year they're always full of cheap Christmas decorations.

Plenty of eateries, although the large one on the 1st floor is nothing to rave about & very noisy. Always clean, Multi story car park with plenty of paypoints, toilets are million times better since the alterations, pleasant staff, plenty of escalators but only two lifts so don't park on the very top floor if you need one. I think the Christmas lights & Santas Grotto are very disappointing this year not up to previous standards. Bus station one side & train station the other. All the other major store are situated in the pedestrian precinct just outside the mall.
