Mine developed a rash and was constantly scratching and licking because the dawn dish soap drys out there skin. My little boy dog kept coming home with cuts and scrapes. Not only that the last couple of times that I had taken them. They both would just tremble and shake; and try to run from me, so I would have to say no I do not recommend this business. They work so hard to understand and get to know your pup, and it really shows in the level of care. We walked in without an appointment and were immediately visited by the receptionist and an owner. They asked thorough questions on what he's like with new people, how he feels about baths, etc. They even offered to try a product on display (CBD oil drops) to help calm him down beforehand! They had me fill out an application and went over some details about their employees and standard bath procedure. Then, I got an expected time for when he'd be ready to get picked up. After about 60-90 minutes I got a call saying he was ready. When I got back to the shop, I was shocked! It was easily the most comfortable I've seen him with strangers. He's a shaky and scaredy boy, but he was sitting pretty in an employee's arms when I got back!! They also gave him a cute bandana to show off his new look :-) Would highly recommend these folks for anyone who's used to washing their dog in a kitchen sink or tub (AKA me!)
