You can tell they love dogs or at least mine. They do a great job of reminders about appointments. I have no complaints so far.

I took my little 12 yr old mixed breed girl to get groomed here today. Sydney was recommended by my daughter. She did a great job on little Olive. They are doing curbside delivery and pickup because of COVID-19. I told her I wanted her really short, almost shaved. When I picked Olive up she wasn't quite short enough and I told Sydney next time to go shorter. She took her in then and trimmed it just right! I have been inside with my daughter before and they're all very friendly. Sydney is great and will continue to be Olive's groomer. read more

So, I've heard mixed reviews on this location. Yelpers seem to think it's the bees knees, so I gave it a try. Took my mini schnauzer in to get groomer once in November. They did a great job, didn't keep her all day, and the price was reasonable. The second time I went back, I dropped Z off at 9 am. Around 4 pm I get a call that Z won't be done until "a little after 5". At 5:30 I walk in to Doggy Dooz and the groomer asked "WHY" I was there, because she asked "the girl" to call and let me know it would be after 5. Yes... well, she did that BUT she said "a little after 5"...here it is half past 5 and you're saying it's going to be another hour (that's 6:30 if you're counting). I let them know that I couldn't do that, I had to get home so my husband could go to work (he was on nights) and our son was at home. The groomer asked me if I planned to pay for the bath, then was very snippy when I said no. I made the appointment 3 weeks in advance, I expected my dog to be groomed, and I dropped her off on time. She was not touched at all with clippers, and was just clean. I could've done that at home. Had they apologized and not made me out to be the bad guy because they didn't do their jobs, I would've let them make things right. I probably would've even been a repeat customer. Although, I hear it's a good thing I didn't let them cut Z's hair because they're notorious for giving wrong breed haircuts. Reasonable price. Messes up and blames you. Hard to get into. Hit or miss on quality. read more

We used their service twice for 2 small dogs. The first time in the winter so we didn't ask for anything more than a trim to keep them warm. It was ok for a trim I honestly couldn't tell they did anything other than trim the face hair. This second time was the absolute worse I've seen. I asked for a schnauzer cut and somehow my schnauzer came out looking like a rescue dog going into surgery... His brother (dog) didn't even recognize him. Not to mention, I made an appointment at 1230 and my dog wasn't ready until 600? So much for making an appt. They're very friendly people but definitely not the professionals they get paid to be. Do not recommend if you care about your pet. read more

Took my multipoo here and she had to be cut down secondary to matting but the service was good and she looked good. We will see how it goes next time. The price was pretty much in line with what I have paid in the past. read more

I took my dog here for the first time today. I have a cairn terrier that is sometimes difficult to groom. His hair tangles easily and he isn't always very cooperative. I thought Doggy Dooz did a great job with him. They clipped him just like I asked and even called to confirm that I was okay with the length. Great place and cheaper than some of the big pet stores! read more

Find another groomer as the bad reviews are true. They completely hacked our dogs fur down to nothing. All under the guise that the dogs fur was matted, which it was not. I will say the ladies are very nice, their just not very knowledgeable about all dog breeds. read more

The first time we took our dog in for a grooming in Jan. 1016 we had a great experience. However, our April visit was a whole different story. I will never use this groomer again!!!! When I booked the appt. I was told it would take a few hours. (the first appt. took about 3 hours). However, it took over 7 hours. We called at noon and at two. We were told something about not being a priority dog which was never offered to us. Then we were told she would be ready at the latest 4. When I arrived at 4 since no one had called they had just started cutting her hair. When I asked if they were almost done they proceeded to tell how she was difficult. I then showed my frustration about her being in a cage for 7 hours and how I would be difficult too. The groomer began to loudly talk to my dog about how she thought her hair cut was ugly but that is how we wanted it. Might I tell you the haircut did not look like what we asked for. They also did not trim her nails which is included in the grooming according to their website. They showed horrible costumer service and poor service quality! I would think twice before you send your dog there. read more
