Grooming and fairness of price is poor. Cleanliness is lacking also. Over booking is never good.

Bark N Play has been such a blessing to us we recently had a very bad traumatizing encounter with another boarding place that resulted in the death of one of my babies of 11yrs old at that point we decided never again would we put our dogs in Boarding but life happens and we can't always be home and can't always take all of our babies with us so we took a chance and started the search for another boarding place definitely was a back n fourth decision we called we talked we did research the whole nine yards and finally went and meet with about 4 other facilities and with Bark N Play being the last one for us to visit little did we know hands down without a doubt we knew we found our fur babies a home away from home Brittany the owner is simply amazing she took us through the boarding showed us around answered any and all questions we had (which u should know was alot) introduce us to her other staff I mean just all around the best we could not be more happier with our decisions after everything with the other boarding place we dealt with in the pass I just never thought we'd ever be able to leave them and not be stressing out the whole entire time but little did we know these guys take such good care and love our babies like we do I absouletly can't thank you guys enough for being so good at yalls jobs and caring for our babies the way u guys do we 110% recommend Bark N Play for any of your pets grooming and boarding services also we can't go without mentioning Pagie she is so awesome she sends us pictures of our babies communicates with us the whole entire time our babies are in there care and loves our big babies just as much thank you Brittany and Paige and the rest of staff at Bark N Play you guys are the freaking best read more

I have only lived in Russellville for 1 yr and have tried 3 different groomers for my boys. I wont name names but the 1st one did a horrible job with places shaved way to short the 2nd place is a large chain and they do a decent job but I like to try and give my business to local shops so I tried bark n play. They were able to fit me in on fairly short notice before a holiday and I must say they are by far the best out of the 3. I always say if my dogs dont like you that means something BUT my dogs seemed to like them at first sight and were incredibly happy to be there. I will definitely be back. My experience with Bark N Play was perfect. Brittney treats my furbaby as if she was her own. She goes out of her way to please her clients. Provided shuttle service to and from my home due to my non-traditional work hours. I trust her inexplicably! If you want a doggie daycare, some socialization, play time or simply grooming, you won't find better service. Ziva would meet Brittney at the door ( in full body wag)to go to Bark N Play.
