When he went to pick them up he was charged $151.51. I talked to the manager but all she could do was give me discount on other 2. I told her NO. I wanted a Professional, reputable groomer. Totally disappointed...I won't ever go in there again.

I made an appointment with the same groomer as before. Waited 1 week for this appointment, got there with my boy and was told they would have to reschedule because it would take longer than she had left time for. I tried two different groomers who did not return my call. I went to Neighborhood Pet Shoppe and told the groomer, Shanyn, there what had happened with the previous groomers. She was very sweet and understanding. I told her how the knots were getting bigger from the camping trip.(It was the undergrowth of hair and no matter how I tried I could not get the knots out.) She told me she could make an appointment in 3 weeks. I booked the appointment. She texted me Saturday the day of the appointment told me she had a family emergency, Ok I'm good with that! Texted back and asked if I would have to wait another 3 weeks. She asked if I could come in that Monday. She even said she would give a 10 percent off for the inconvenience. I told her no need for that I was just glad he was going to be done Monday. At this point, I asked my husband why I had to wait 3 weeks when she fit me in the next day they were open. now I know why!!! I truly believe she never had intensions of grooming my dog that day. I got there and she said she could not do my dog that day. He probably would have to be sedated. She made me feel like an inadequate dog owner. She asked if I ever brushed my dog or bathed him. Very rude questions. She was told everything upfront including how bad the knots were. This is the problem nowadays, people do not know their place!! She maybe very good at grooming (I will never know because I will never go back to her) But her customer service is horrible!!! I will spread the word!! Long story not so short, I went to another groomer that day, showed them my boy and he will be groomed Wednesday!!! It has been almost a month and a half since this all started.

I called on Monday to schedule a self service dog wash and when asked what time I said "10 am", the person on the phone said can you make it 10:30? No problem, I arrived at about 10:15 the day of the appointment and went in and was promptly asked if I could be helped. I said I am here for my 10:30 appointment. The lady looked at a dry erase board that has the appointments and said "We have you down for 12 pm". A scratch my head moment but she said that they could get me in because there wasn't anyone using the wash. She handed me a clipboard to fill out and then she bent over in front on my dog to greet him. I told her she was brave putting her face in front of his. This is a sore subject with me because I told another lady to not bend over to greet a previous dog and she did it anyway and my dog bit her. After the lawyers were done the lady hit a jackpot. So, anytime someone who does this it tells me they have no clue on how to act around an animal. Being that this lady probably owns Barkansas tells me she is completely clueless. After telling her she shouldn't put her face in front a strange dog she told me that if I didn't like it I could go someplace else. That's all I need to hear, away I went and with one phone call I was told bring my dog in and they would wash him. For $10 more than what I would have paid to do it myself someone else did a better job that I could.

We received our Cavapoo pup "Rosie" at 9.5 weeks old and she is perfect! Rosie is in perfect health and is the smartest dog I've ever met! She is successfully learning to pee on the pad, slept in the crate without wetting herself from day 1, and had already mastered the "sit" command on her first day at home with us! Rosie is so sweet and cuddly and we love her so much! We put a deposit down one year ago with Petit Jean Puppies and had to decline our turn several times until we were fully ready. Gina was always patient with us and professional. They were patient with us until we were ready and wonderful about the transaction and transition which were seamless. They have excellent communication and very professional. We also used the dog nanny they recommended to fly her to us and had a wonderful experience with them as well.
