These guys are totally awesome, so glad we stopped in tonight! My husband and I are fostering a very sweet elderly dog with a few medical issues, one being her very itchy and flaky skin. We came in tonight to give her a multi step bath that we brought with us to the self serve (2 shampoos/baths, one conditioning rinse, and a mud soak). Because we have to let her soak in the different shampoos/conditioners/mud it does take some time. The employees were all very friendly and never made us feel rushed or uncomfortable for taking too long. After taxes the self serve cost around $20 and they provide shampoo, conditioner, brushes, tooth care, ear cleaner (on back order, so they were out today), towels, and a dryer. But like I said, we brought our own products so that's always an option! I also really loved that they had a hydraulic tub, our foster is a very big girl and we needed that lift. I am thankful this service is around and we will definitely be back. Hopefully they will offer a return customer card in the future! read more

They were able to get my dogs in quick! I have a husky and a lab. My usual grooming appointments take about 4 hours for both but they were done in less than 2 hours for a great price. They did a great job even with my husky who doesn't like her nails trimmed. Highly recommend! read more

I took my dog here and it was terrible. I loved the quick service and the fact I could wait there but when I got xo home, she was butchered. She had many nicks on her belly and nipples. She was haphazardly shaved. She was supposed to be getting a sanitary and it looked like a child had randomly gone over her belly. The vet sold me wipes to sterilize the cuts because they were that bad. I called and they didn't do anything. Terrible. read more

When we first started taking our dog there, she seemed okay but as time went by, I would have to drag her inside. She sensed something was "off." They started over booking it seemed. I would drop her off in the morning and then she would have to wait all day. This might be okay for some dogs but for my very anxious dog, it was terrifying listening to lots of dogs barking all day. It might be a good fit for some dogs, but for mine it was not. I wish it was more slow paced like it was when we first started going a few years back but I've had to change groomers to one that is more conducive for my anxious dog. In the last 12 weeks barkberry has raised the price of my dogs grooming from 80 dolls to 130. The first hike rate increase was may of this year then evidently in June. They argued weight but again they had no proof of what she weighed other than today. Today They told me 82 then reweighed her and said 80. Clearly fudging the scales! Never mind the fact they butchered her tail claiming matted. They showed me her tail and I saw I mat...I brush her ears and tail 3-4 times a week. No employee on site could assist except to throw a chart in front of my face and say there are our prices! I told them I would never bring my dog back! They have groomed her for 2 years. Need to practice more patience and communication. I took my dog in to get a nail trimming and they man handled her, and rushed the whole thing. I asked at one point for them to let her go because she was obviously under a lot of stress, the guy was holding her collar so tight and forcing her leg out to be able to file it. They told me she wouldn't act this way if she had it done more often. Which is true, but for a first time client you don't think to have a different protocol other than ignore all signs of distress and force the dog to do it? Not a positive experience for my dog or me. Won't be coming back, and wouldn't recommend. My dog has had her nails trimmed before and adjusts well even tho she's nervous. If you force a dog to go through an already uncomfortable experience the way they did, they're gonna hurt the dog or get themselves hurt by ignoring the obvious. Advocate for your dog and don't let people tell you that it's normal to be dismissive of dogs behavior. read more

Amazing staff was very helpful and kind. Went above & beyond what I have experienced elsewhere! Great smelling shampoos and conditioner. Brushes (wire if you ask), teeth wipes, eye wipes, ear wipes, towels, aprons, dryers all at your disposal for no additional cost. First we took him for paw trim to get him used to the place and Candace was really sweet with him and did a great job. When we scheduled his full grooming, I really appreciated that they booked him with the same groomer to try to minimize his anxiety. He got a full grooming - I showed Candace the groomer a photo of how we usually cut his hair and mentioned a few other things, and she did a perfect job. This place is great. Our tub moved up and down so it was easy to get our Fiona in/out (not sure if all tubs have this feature). Everything you can possibly need to bathe your dog is included in the price: shampoo (they have different varieties for all needs, IE a whitening shampoo and a hypoallergenic shampooo), aprons, towels, scrubbing brush, ear/eye/dental wipes, a dryer, and a fur brush for after. They also clip nails (for just a few bucks more with the purchase of a bath). All of the staff members were friendly and very helpful. Allen was great with our dog when he clipped her nails for her. He was slow to introduce all the new things to her, which put her at ease. They also sell dog food/treats/accessories. read more

Yeah best dog groomer I've been to in Fayetteville! They were incredibly helpful and nice on the phone for me to arrange my appointmwnt. They talked me through their whole process and also called me the day before as a reminder. We were greeted with so much excitement and everyone was so nice and smiley! I got to meet his "beautician" and talk through in detail what I was wanting for my pup. They asked tons of questions to make sure I'd be satisfied and explained their policies. They called me at 5 and said he'd be ready at 5:30, which was about an hour earlier than I was expecting! When I went to pick him up, they were just as friendly as before and gave me this cute little report card telling me how he did. When he came out he had a cute little bandana and they had literally done everything I asked. His cut looked so good, he smelled great, and they had performed all the services they said they would (bath, haircut, clean eyes and ears, and express glands). Overall feel like I really got my money's worth. 10/10 would recommend. read more

I took my 2 small dogs in for a self-service wash and I was very pleased with my experience there! The wash tubs are very good quality and ergonomically designed. I had all the supplies I needed to give the babies a good bath and then get them warm and dry. Everything from conditioners to eye wipes to ear covers (for comfort and security during blow drying) was provided. The facility is very clean and designed with safety in mind. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful! They made a point to check on me during the bath to make sure I had everything I needed, and also to give my dogs lots of love and some treats too. :) The owners also followed up as I was checking out to make sure I had a good experience and lacked nothing. Great place! I would return regularly but I have moved out of the area. I definitely will recommend it to all my NW AR friends though! read more

This place was everything I hoped and more! My bf and I have two Australian Shepherds who aren't exactly fans of getting bathed. Bathing them with at home always leaves my back and knees hurting, so I put it off as long as I can. They have lots of hair so there's always a huge mess. Plus they are both prone to itchy skin so they have to be completely blow dried every time. Not a problem at Bark N Paws! The setup is wonderful and the owners are so helpful. They are huge dog lovers too and they make the entire experience fun. And the price was so reasonable! I'm a student, so finding the time and $ to keep my fur babies groomed can be challenging. We have been taking our dogs to Bark 'N Paws for years now because we receive the best service there. Their facility is always clean, and the staff are welcoming and kind. They have wash stations if you want to wash your dog yourself, which are height adjustable for lifting bigger dogs. They have a selection of treats, collars, and food. Our Harley loves the beef tendons by the checkout counter. This place is great, and a must visit for any dog owner. read more

The owners were made aware of the situation and did everything in their power to resolve the issue. This past weekend I took my dogs in to Bark n' Paws for another grooming and was treated with EXCELLENT customer service. The staff here is exceptional, they're knowledgeable on everything from harnesses to healthy teeth and if they don't know they will find someone who does!
