Brooke was positively wonderful with our little man, Cooper. She was attentive and professional yet sweet and approachable with any requests or concerns. Our dog was quite nervous on arrival for grooming services but was at ease and happy when we came to pick him up. His nails are black and so hard to trim and avoid the quick so it's such a treat to find someone to help with his nails. Brooke used a grinder instead of clippers to ensure that she wouldn't nip him. 10/10 would highly recommend for grooming. We didn't use the boarding facilities but they were easily visible and were very nice and clean. They have lots of technology to view your fur-baby during boarding and if needed, I would certainly use them for boarding without hesitation. read more

Worst service ever these people need to be SHUT DOWN my animal stayed in their cage for 30 hours sitting in their own piss and shit I never got my toys back the people are very rude called 10 times asking why my animals were not being let out watch the video all day of my dog just sitting there no one made any attempts to let them out or make contact with them. And now I'm hearing that other peoples animals are experiencing the same thing an made them pay $380. Their dog bed was destroyed from poop and Pee all over it they didn't even feed the people's dog that poor old dog could have died from being under feed like it was those people should sue your ass for endangering their dogs read more

needed to board my Weim for five days recently, and my normal boarding facility was booked. I went into Barkingham Palace a few days before I needed to board to get a fell for the facility. The staff was more than happy to show me around the entire facility, nothing was off limits. Each suite had plenty of room, but I decide to book the king suite which has a great window view. My fur baby has specific dietary requirements and has to take prescriptions daily. The staff was excellent at making sure she was fed as I requested. Each suite has a camera available 24x7, and I was checking I often. Highly recommended, I'll will use them again in the future. read more

Jessica and Tammy are rude as f***, the owners wife isn't much better. the last time I was there she about knocked me out of the way and didn't say excuse me. The owner is just as arrogant and rude but at least he knows how to respect peoples personal space as opposed to his rude wife. My dog was poorly groomed, his nails were not cut. Our dogs stayed roughly 10 days here and we will never go back again. They were returned to us malnourished... The feeding instructions were not followed. We left three dozen packets of food and a bag of dry food with very clear instructions but when the dogs were picked up and 20 packets of food remained and the bag is full. We have no idea what, if anything the dogs were fed. We watched on the cameras as the dogs continually messed their beds because their stomachs were not correct due to the improper feeding. The beds may have been washed once but were returned to us again with feces in them. We watched the cameras and the dogs were only let out two minutes at a time on certain days and other days we are not sure if they even got outside as promised. The dogs were picked up with impacted feces on their rear ends even though we were promised they would be bathed. My older dog is so weak she can't even jump on the couch. This facility was OK with charging us $380 for this "service." We will never use this facility again. We had a previous good experience which is why we went back but not again. read more

I took my three dogs here to board for one night. When I picked them up the next day, I was handed another dogs things and they couldn't locate the items that I'd brought for my dogs. They eventually found them and even tho I felt they were very disorganized I didn't make a big deal about it. However, what I do find to be a huge deal is that my teacup Pom was very ill from boarding there. I was very adamant in telling them that he could only have his prescription food, because he has a liver shunt and his liver cannot process other foods or treats. I have no proof that he was given anything else, but I know enough about my dogs condition that I'm confident that's what happened. I ended up spending 667 in vet bills for one night of boarding my dogs there! Also, shortly after the stay there my golden doodle became very ill with similar symptoms as my teacup Pom. I feel like this place is highly unsanitary and the smell is horrible. It didn't exactly appear to be unclean, but from the smell it's obvious they must not clean or disinfectant properly. I feel so guilty for leaving my dogs in their care. It will never, ever happen again and I feel like other ppl need to be informed about this place so they don't make the same mistake I did. They don't even deserve the one star I gave, but it wouldn't let me leave this review otherwise. read more

Dogs usually get all the attention, but I have a beautiful Persian cat who occasionally needs grooming. Tracy groomed her and she has never looked better. The facility is clean, the staff friendly and professional. They are my new groomers for both my Persians. Thanks, Tracy! read more

I was a new customer to this place and I will NEVER go back! I dropped my dog off at her 8:00am Appointment and was told it would take around 3 hours and they would call when they were done. 5 hours later still had no call! So I dropped in and the girl at the front desk was not only RUDE, she acted like she was on drugs or something! My dog had not even been groomed yet!!!! She was soaking wet and shaking when they brought her out. I asked y she hadn't been started on after 5 HOURS and no one would give me a straight answer. Totally unprofessional- I might have even understood if they had at least called me after 5 hours to let me know they hadn't started on her but NOTHING!! I would never leave my dog here again. I wouldn't recommend this place. A family member took her dogs here and had a terrible experience which put their lives in jeopardy. Instructions were given for the care of her dogs, but the instructions were not followed. It's sad to know your dogs won't be in a safe place while boarding here. The specific instructions should've been written down & passed on to any other employee coming on duty, but sadly, they were not. read more
