You are able to get a quick appointment if you need a one in a emergency. They offer a nurse for little check ups and injections etc. The receptionist is very friendly and always lovely to my dog when we go, even when my dog is being a pain!! The vets are always very helpful and will offer you great advice on any thing that you want or need. they will send you out reminders for when your injections or worm tablets are due for renewal which is great for me as i can be a bit forgetful!! they are linked with the vets in Newport pagnell so are able to offer you more choice and specialist help if needed. they are a very friendly vets and offer great service.

I had all his paperwork with me showing all his medical treatments. I was then told by a nurse he needed to have a test for bruscella. Even though I had told them he had never been to France. She said it would be free hahaha. What. He had a test also booster then she said he had to leave through back door. Never again will I go to this vet. I felt humiliated and no apologies.have been going here for many years and was not believed. I had a call saying he was bruscella free a couple of hours later. Yes of course he is. Appointments were also readily available usually you could get one for the next day. The vets itself is very modern as they have recently redecorated. There are seperate sections for you to sit depending on what animal you have which I believe makes it a lot less stressful for the animal. Ultimately they reason why we left was because of the prices - they did start to get more expensive especially when we compared them to other Vet's fees. I would recommend this vets if you have the cash to go there!

They have a terrible attitude to the billing and chasing of debts, If you are away for a while rather than call you they they add £45 to your bill. If you complain they tell you to take your business elsewhere. I used them for both Equine and small animals and spent over £4000 with them. Our cat was happy sat between them on the settee and showed no signs of hiding away. All the details were meticulously written down and Tigers medication details. We received a couple of texts whilst away which put our minds at rest and on getting home read the 'cat diary'. We were surprised to discover that our cat was more capable of things than we thought! Being here all the time we are constantly up and down letting him in and out! We have discovered that he is quite capable of jumping through an open window if the need arises! We also expected him to have lost some weight but this clearly has not been the case and I think he has had a week of total pampering!!
