I was extremely pleased with the outcome for such a low price. I spent an hour on Google looking for a good place to get my car washed & since there is no review on Partner's Auto Detailing I decided to add this yelp on my own because the other day I spent 30 minutes driving looking for places & all of them were either drive throughs or not even existent. In general my car got cleaned inside and out however the customer service and experience makes me…read morenot want to go here ever again. For starters when I asked about how long it would take I was told "15-20 minutes" which turned into about an hour. During that hour I witnessed unprofessionalism and disrespect. The person who washed my car had changed my radio while moving my vehicle and mind you they spent more time changing the radio than actually moving my car. When I asked them about it they laughed it off. Also while moving my car the owner ran over one of the cones and did not apologize. When I confronted him about it he was unapologetic and made it seem like he did nothing wrong stating "a cone won't do any damage, do you think I'll damage your car on purpose". Lastly the person detailing my car told me that the rubber weather stripping "came off" and he did not touch it... luckily I was able to pop it back into place but I'm sure it doesn't just do that one day out the blue. All in all, this was a bad experience. The car wash and detailing would've been worth the $35 but given the experience, I should have just did this myself.
