Brian and the adjustor came out to our house immediately, inspected the damage and pointed out work that was needed to make sure the bedroom was total safe. They pointed out possible problems we never considered. ( duct work cleaning, bed steamed cleaned etc) They were great . The workers involved in the restoration were top notch . Josh ,the carpentar, was very professional, clean , talented and the hardest working guy I have seen in years. His work was meticulous and spot on for what we wanted. The last day A.R. sent out extra people , Jose and Julie, to make sure the job was satisfactory to our wishes. Good Companies are built on great employees. He reduced it to $100 when I got emotional. He also told me he would have his men cut "V's" into my tree belt to avert any pooling of water on the sidewalks. Didn't happen. I asked him to clean up some piles of dirt and stones that they had kicked up but that didn't happen either. He does the job, and the driveway and walkway look good.
