I'm typically not one to complain about service I've received, even when said service is subpar as I understand that it's still a service-related job and people make mistakes, etc. But this time I felt compelled to share my experience. Needed a dumpster to remove bulk furniture, etc. Ordering the dumpster was fairly easy, took minutes on the website. It went downhill from there. Ordered the dumpster for Tues-Sun. It didn't arrive Tues. It didn't arrive Wednesday either. When it finally did arrive, it scraped along my driveway and lawn. Ok, no biggie I can live with the driveway scrape and the lawn will grow back in. Days go by, we fill the dumpster level so it's not overflowing and we wait until Sunday for pick up. Sunday...nothing. Monday was a holiday so figured no pick up. Tuesday -nothing. Wednesday -nothing. I then called both numbers listed on the website several times. Goes straight to voicemail (for a snow removal company?) and the voice mailbox is full, so I wasn't able to leave a message. I tried emailing back from the order confirmation I received when ordering the dumpster. Address can't be found. Scoured the website again and figured out how to email the owner. Again, no replies. I searched Facebook and found their webpage. Miraculously someone answered my message and the dumpster was finally removed. How can they conduct business like this? I was charged an additional fee without any notice this week. (approx. 30 days later) No receipt, no phone call, no email, no warning??? Again, how can they conduct business like this??
