We rescheduled two weeks out to give her hand time to heal. The day before that rescheduled appointment, I get a call from Stacey saying she needed to cancel b/c she had no heat and busted water pipes. She would not reshedule and suggested I make an appointment with another groomer. A groomer that cannot do a breed cut after saying they can is not a groomer but an unprofessional hack!!! A professional would make it a priority to complete a grooming that they started.

It has to be a lie because Rodger will tell you the dogs that are "aggressive" will be "put down" by Animal Control. Even small dogs they consider "aggressive". Seems that Rodger and his wife like to rid of dogs by calling them "aggressive" when they may not be or just need time and patience. File a complaint with the local authorities because these two need to be replaced by someone who actually cares for dogs! (and cats).

Her eyes were puffy and bleeding from her scratching them, her legs and stomachs were extremely red and itchy. My wife called and was giving an immediate appointment. When we went in the staff were very friendly and caring. The veterinarian came in the room and was very friendly and knew right away that our Callie was suffering from the reaction. He gave her an injection that she had on the past and a cream for her eyes.. so happy and grateful for this office to take care of our Callie. Anytime we need a vet while visiting In Laws there is no doubt we would take our pets here.. thank you all for your great service and caring attitude..

I had already filled out their online new patient form and in the comments I stated that Dugan weighed 140 pound. When calling to make the appointment, I again stated that Dugan weighs 140 pounds. So today I take Dugan for his appointment, the girl looked at him and then tells me that they didn't know how big he was, their tub isn't big enough so I must take him elsewhere for bathing. Right. Then they took him back for ear cleaning and anal gland care. Meanwhile the receptionist had me pay for the services. Out comes the tech to tell me they could only do one gland and just barely got his ears cleaned, that next time he would have to be sedated. Me coming back to calm and control him on this first visit is against their policy, evidently, because she wouldn't even consider that. There was no offer to credit me for an incomplete visit. Although the staff were very pleasant, I am not comfortable dealing with this kind of incompetence. They didn't LISTEN when I told them about him. What if I had told them something important and they didn't pay attention? Therefore it seems I will be looking for a different veterinary.

She acquainted herself with Maggie & made her feel at ease. I was able to be there with her which I like because most places whisk the dog away. Maggie is sensitive but had no problem with the nail trim at all. Fran even was able to buff the nails, Lol! The store is clean & tidy with many supplies you might need & had forgotten at home while vacationing on the Island. So friendly and experienced, I wish Fran was up by me in New Jersey.

Henry could not poop and was severely stressed. We found him out in the forest behind our house laying in the pine shadows. Dr. Bailey did several surgeries on him to correct his problem. Today Henry is well and back to his voracious appetite. He is on a continual diet and other than that he is a wonderful companion. Thank you Dr. Bailey and wonderful assistants for Henry's care! (Sorry he is always in a state of grumpiness and howling.) I recommend Dr. Bailey to everyone I know. Dr. Bailey & his staff are tops!!!

Dr. Bailey and his entire staff are the best l have ever had the privilege of using. They are all knowledgeable, caring and just plain wonderful. Most Veterinary clinics in our area are soooooo expensive but Dr.Bailey is very inexpensive. On one visit alone, l saved $5,000 dollars. He charged $1,200 and the other vet wanted over $7,000 for the same procedure. I can't say enough good things about them.

When I wrote to terminate my service they sent me a formal letter stating how because I don't trust their services any longer they have ceased to help me and gave a copy of my cats records. They really became quite disgusting. There was no need for a formal letter when I sent a formal email stating what they said about terminating services for me. One of the ugliest conduct with no empathy towards me, the one who was left with a loving pet and their guts hanging out. I'll never forget their utter lack of empathy as long as I live. I even previously included the copy of my email with the date and their F you letter a few days later. It's obvious they were covering their own skin and did not care about my pet. Otherwise, they would have paid to correct the issue.
