We rescheduled two weeks out to give her hand time to heal. The day before that rescheduled appointment, I get a call from Stacey saying she needed to cancel b/c she had no heat and busted water pipes. She would not reshedule and suggested I make an appointment with another groomer. A groomer that cannot do a breed cut after saying they can is not a groomer but an unprofessional hack!!! A professional would make it a priority to complete a grooming that they started.

She acquainted herself with Maggie & made her feel at ease. I was able to be there with her which I like because most places whisk the dog away. Maggie is sensitive but had no problem with the nail trim at all. Fran even was able to buff the nails, Lol! The dog on the big bed was so upset by his buddy getting yelled at he was upset. The groomer told.me to leave amd slammed the door in my face. I asked the clerk at the check out if she heard what was going on and she said she didnt and didnt seem to care and never asked for any info. I went back waited for over 45 minutes and told the owners what happened and they were grateful. They said the tan dog is so sweet and loves everyone but doesnt like its toes touched and the groomer did tell them what i said to her.but didnt mention the yelling and cursing.​ I will try to contact the owners of the pet store as maybe this is a contractor working in their store. No one acknowledged me or asked if I needed help, even though staff continued assisting people who walked in after me. One kind employee, who was in the middle of grooming a dog, tried to get someone to help me, but her efforts were ignored as well. I understand being busy, but basic acknowledgment and communication go a long way. Unfortunately, I did not feel welcomed or valued as a customer.

Our dogs loved this place - my husband and I walked through the place initially and the larger…read moredogs were on one side of the area and little ones on the other side( the crates faced each other but far away from each other). All of the dogs have a play area and we were told our dogs played all the time! both of our dogs stayed in the same kennel (crate) for rest time and at night. Bed and Biscuit Kennel took such wonderful care of our dogs. It was fun to see them on FB ! They'll both be back on our vacation soon !
