We love Happy Pup! Our pups have stayed there twice -- once for 10 days and another time for 6…read moredays. Lisa, one of the owners, is great at communicating both before and during our pups' stay. She's also great at meeting my husband and I and asking if we need help the moment we arrive. The indoor/outdoor shelter where our pups stay protects them from the elements and provides each of them with their own individual space. They are also given a long walk daily and provided a large area to play together. Every day, they are fed and given their medicine as prescribed. Our pups receive lots of attention and are happy to stay. Next time we need dog boarding services, we will return to Happy Pup.

We have 2 Mini-Australian Shepherds and one is very fear reactive as he was attacked on trails many times as a young puppy. We had other trainers tell us our male dog would never live a normal life and could never be around other dogs or children. Guiding Canines took the time to understand our dogs and create a meticulous training plan! They simulated real life situations since we had a baby on the way with noisy toys, crying dolls, strollers... the WORKS! We are so grateful for them! Our dogs did really well with the arrival of our son thanks to Guiding Canines! We stayed in contact with them and just moved to the East Coast. We were so excited to be near Guiding Canines again! They have taken care of our dogs and setup a follow-up training schedule while we get our house settled. They're extremely flexible but always keep the dogs best interest at the forefront. Recently, they helped facilitate a vet visit for one of our pups to get checked out. I highly recommend this team because they are truly phenomenal! Tina's was one of the few places I found that would take care of a bird. I originally booked her for three days in July for a wedding, but the emergency required me to use her service for a total of two and a half weeks (before and after the time I already reserved). At the initial visit, I was told they bring in mail and take out trash (included), but they didn't take the trash out (for two weeks). The twenty-minute visits soon became seven-minute stops. When I asked if she could stay a few minutes to talk to my bird, the owner said that would be extra and I needed to book the thirty-minute visit. She charged to create an invoice, to come at 7am (before office hours), to come on a holiday, to run to the store for veggies (I left money to buy the veggies, this was a trip charge), and to return my keys. Then, when I requested a refund for the last shift, she said I didn't cancel the appointment in time. I notified her twice through her own portal. But that wasn't the same as saying the word "cancel", yet no one showed up for the last shift. She kept stating she was doing be a favor, squeezing me in, and maybe I should just hire a teen, but that would be sketchy. I know I won't be hiring her next time!
