But will take about 3 weeks to get here & I have a project I've been itching to do for weeks already! So Mr. Nick was great in knowing what I meant when asking for an external spool holder & grabbed me one, showed me the best way to position it. I thought I'd have to drop my machine off in order for them to order the part but they did! So I get an instant temporary fix to hold me over then the top notch full service & repair once the part comes in!!!!
