But will take about 3 weeks to get here & I have a project I've been itching to do for weeks already! So Mr. Nick was great in knowing what I meant when asking for an external spool holder & grabbed me one, showed me the best way to position it. I thought I'd have to drop my machine off in order for them to order the part but they did! So I get an instant temporary fix to hold me over then the top notch full service & repair once the part comes in!!!! Monica had my dress since November all the way until April. I live out of town and drove in about 4 hours to see her for fittings. My sister got her dress done with Monica so I chose to do the same despite the distance. One appointment, she had not even touched my wedding dress. Another dress that I had was touched, not done, but worked on so I guess they thought that was acceptable. After several trips of fittings, my deadline quickly approached. I called ahead to remind that I needed it done soon and was not planning on coming back into town the month of my wedding for May. The entire top of my dress still remained untouched so I was worried. They confirmed it would be done. When I got there, it was not, and still had pins all over it. I cried many times with worry and stress. She told me to come back later that day so she could work on it again. I did. It still was not done. She offered for me to stop by on Easter Sunday the following day despite it being a day the business was closed. I did. She handed me the dress and said it was good to go. The dress was already hanging by the door. At this point in time, I cried most of the day before because it needed to be done. Hearing it was finally done made me light up. Arriving home to try it on, the strap was twisted and did not lay flat. The quality of the straps was so poor, I had to pay someone else to alter it. $75 for both straps to lay flat and the one particularly twisting. Come to find out, there was also a hole in the lace and the bodice was folded on top of itself. $100 for a rush fee since it's wedding time and close to the date at this point. No bride should have to worry about her strap twisting the opposite direction on her wedding day. With that being said, I proceeded with getting the dress altered once more with another seamstress totaling $189 with tax. The other seamstress even went above and beyond to cleanup the bodice on the side that was worst. Photos attached of the folded work from Monica and clean work from another. The difference is very noticeable. I informed Monica about having to get the dress altered again. She told me I should have told her and overpaid the other seamstress. I live 4 hours away, and I shouldn't have to pay another seamstress when she had my dress from November to April, and my wedding in May. I asked for compensation and she told me no refunds. On another note besides the service, the environment itself has a potent odor that reminds me of mold. The location is truly unsanitary and could use a really thorough scrubbing. The bridal suite, I suppose, is tight with glitter and pins all over the floor. Don't even get me started on the bathroom cleanliness. Nothing fancy, nothing spectacular at all or worthy of your beautiful wedding dress. Monica offers good prices, but the poor quality of the final product makes it hard to justify the value as well as the length of time needed to alter. I have been very patient and understanding during the process, but am incredibly disappointed with the outcome. To anyone considering this location, I hope you find value in this review and take your stunning gown somewhere worthy of your peace.

Forgot about it for a year and now have another wedding to go to and remembered I haven't taken care of it. I assumed the suit was done for but brought it into OK Cleaners. Got the suit back today and it is better than new! I was so happy about the result that I offered to add a tip since they only charged me $15, but they refused. Highly recommend this very professional establishment.
