I was very upset. Seeing more recent 1-star reviews does not surprise me. Pay attention to the 1-star reviews. They are the most recent very accurate. Someone comes and plays with my dog for 20-30 min until she's wore out, then she gets some pets and is returned to her crate. I really enjoy the pictures the team sends when I'm not there, and I love the service so much, I've opted to continue even though I'm laid up at home with a broken ankle.
