The reason I say this is because I had a speeding ticket and he contact me after I submitted for information. First thing he started off with is we can take care of that. It will cost you $375.00. I paid the money a letter was sent out to the court stating that he would be representing me in court. The office did a good job keeping me informed if a date got moved. At the time of hearing Mr. Zwaren showed up late by 25 minutes of the start time for court. By the time he got there the prosecutor had already went over different plea-bargains. He said "in order to have no points pay a higher fee of $390 and plea to careless driving." Surely enough by the time Mr. Zwaren gets there and because he was late we didn't have a time of consul and he tried to rush a 2 minute consul in there. When he was going over this with me would you believe the same thing the prosecutor said was the same thing that came out of his mouth. So not only were you late, you didn't call to notify me. I had to keep calling your office. This is beyond unprofessional, you charge me a fee to do something I could've done on my own. When I stated this to you, the look he gave me was like I know there was nothing I could do for you. The statement that he made to me was "if this was Fort Lee things would have been different." So I finally take a seat while he talks to prosecutor, after speaking with prosecutor he then turns around and says "did I mention that you also get out faster. By this time I really had to ask myself HOW THE HELL DOES THIS GUY HAVE ANY GOOD REVIEWS!!! Unless he is paying for them. Unprofessional, incompetent, tardiness, non-responsive, rip-off, con artist. If you decide to go to work with him now, it's just shame on you with all honesty. I wish someone would have warned me. I don't mind spending money on quality; this is just a guy who wants your money and deliveries no result.
