One must wonder why that is his choice. In addition, Mr. Kleiner fails to file timely replies to adversaries and initiate filings on behalf of his clients. This has cost me significant amounts of hardships and loss of credibility and time with my family as a result given the scope of my matters that he has had the privilege of handling (despite his lack thereof).
