The prices were way too high, about $300 higher than anywhere else (yes, $300). Was in a pinch though and no one else local could handle it at the time. When I picked the car up, there were easily audible exhaust leaks and the pipes weren't even remotely symmetrical. I am not a nitpicker, close is good enough but we're talking an extreme difference. Wanted to charge more to fix the shoddy work and was pretty unfriendly. Getting nasty and hostile got the job done, but that shouldn't have been necessary at all.

Generally, you go to a muffler shop with an appointment to have aftermarket mufflers installed (as we had to do later because these guys fucked the job up anyway), and you're waiting an hour ABSOLUTE maximum. These people kept the car literally all day. At the end of the day, the job was done, so I have to give them a charity 2 star for not giving up I guess. But the pipes were crooked, one was WAY lower than the other out the back, the mufflers were not the ones I wanted/they agreed to install, and the price was outrageous, and more than I was quoted by about 100 bucks. Needed to fix the exhaust later anyway, and ended up getting the mufflers we asked for from another shop, done right, STRAIGHT, and it took them about 45 minutes, and it was cheaper. Would not do business with these guys again. If they can fuck up this badly on an exhaust job, installing the wrong part, installing it incorrectly, and going above the quote that much, I shudder to think what would happen if someone needed an actual major repair.
