They took my call and confirmed they had my size of tires in stock and that they would be waiting for me ready to change them fast. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes and had a pleasant conversation with the owner who has ran this establishment for 25 years. I had the unfortunate late night cold night driving and got a two tire blow out when hitting a rod in the road when traveling from Tulsa, OK to Rockwall, TX (that's a four hour drive). the worker at the front desk is so so bad and rude ~My trailer needed to be replaced with a new tire, and I saw that the staff pushed the trailer to the wrong place when jake was used to change the tire, which caused damage to my trailer. When I saw that the staff at the reception desk stopped me from going out and asked me to stay in the Office. An excellent example of a small town Buisness. From the time you walk in you are given immediate attention. The service he and his employees is always honest professional and completed within a timely manner. I have been going to Don's Discount tires now for the last 14 years. I am old military so I make great use of the free tire rotation service every time I get an oil change. I now own three vehicle and all my tires come from Don.
