I spoke to Susan after/during many sessions but she still encouraged me to continue. Trust me, IF IT WORKED, I would be singing their praises. If anything, I have gained 20 pounds in the last 5 months. no lie. I finally went to another Athens Plastic Surgeon this week to get a price for liposuction. I told him the process that I had done all of last year preparing for my daughter's wedding. He told me that it is a known fact that in many patients the coolsculpting process can GROW FAT. I said are you kidding me?? I cried on the ride home. He priced a tummy tuck at $6,900. I feel they HAD to know this process does nothing and for another $1,800 I could've had a tummy tuck?? I feel totally scammed by a well known plastic surgeon. Do not waste your money on coolsculpting. Susan also kept telling me they were waiting on a new machine but after 9 months of waiting, I was told the machine was not approved. DO YOUR HOMEWORK. Maybe they aren't trained correctly? Dr. Rossi was very gentle and patient. He examined her toes, explained what was happening to cause the pain, explained what he was going to do to remedy it, and then answered all her questions. He then did the procedure, going slowly and patiently the whole time. He is an amazingly kind and skilled doctor. And his rates are very reasonable.

His pain was manageable and his recovery was quick. Dr. Kimbrell and his staff could not have been any nicer or more professional. Dr. Kimbrell took time to answer all of our questions and to explain everything to us. The day after surgery after we got home, we had some small complications and we called their office. It was a Saturday and Dr. Kimbrell took our call and was very gracious and helpful. He actually appreciated that we followed his instructions to call if there were complications even though it was a Saturday. Simply a FANTASTIC Dr., surgeon and staff.
