She was very thoughtful and she asked me questions. She really worked hard on my lower back and gave it a lot of attention. She did also stretching and pressure points in the area and after two weeks of being in pain the few days after I got the massage, my pain was about 75% gone . Katie used her hands at the beginning to gently hold my head and allow me time to decompress and start to relax. It worked magnificently. Then I asked for a specific, and different, firmness level today, which I don't usually do. Katie adjusted to just the right amount of pressure to give me the exact massage I was hoping for. I asked her to finish the overall massage a few minutes ahead of schedule, and she adjusted her timing just right, and then I asked her to utilize the saved minutes by going over a particular area a second time. This made the ending of the massage particularly memorable. All of her attention to detail and care and understanding made for a truly exceptional massage. I can't wait to go back again.
