Price was quite reasonable for the service received. The new beds make such a difference. The entire salon is spotless and the beds were cleaned so well. Lotion selection is fabulous. So many to choose from. The owner is very knowledgeable about the lotions and suggested a great lotion to use for my tattoos. The building is beautifully redone and is, in my opinion, one of the nicest remodeled buildings in Ellwood City. Was also able to order some adorable customized shirts while there. Looking forward to going back to use the rest of my package. The salon even offers a service to store my lotion and my own goggles and towel.

I had full fluffy long lashes! After two weeks I booked a mini fill and I barely lost any!! I have had a full refill and mini fill since and I am obsessed two months later! During my last visits, I dealt with scheduling issues, including overbooking, which led to being asked to choose a more time-efficient style or potentially have my appointment interrupted due to another client being scheduled during my time slot. When I raised my concerns, I ultimately felt dismissed and later canceled as a client. I also experienced continued messages after requesting no further contact. I shared my experience publicly because I believe clients should be able to speak honestly about their service experiences. At this point, I will not be returning, and I wish them well moving forward.

At 4:30 I asked how much longer of a wait and I was told probably 10 minutes and still no apology for the time delay.
