I called the towing company and talked to Steve and he said he could be there in 30 mins. Well he was a man of his word because he was there on time or maybe even earlier which is amazing in my eyes. He was very nice and personable throughout the whole process. We towed it back to my house and I paid him via debit card which was super convenient and fast. He sent me my receipt through text message and also I was able to share all the addresses and information through text which to me was super easy and convenient. Also, his initial quote of the cost was very close to the final cost for me. Which again to me is amazing. Bc who wants to be stuck with a bill that is totally different from your initial estimation. I will be using Steve and Acme towing again for sure in the future whenever I need a prompt and reliable towing service. I would totally recommend him to my parents, family and close friends.
