He said "It's for a 16 year old and it's going to get dinged in the school parking lot." I was at such disbelief hearing the words coming from the owners mouth I didn't even know how to respond. He gave me a $66 discount if I paid in cash which I didn't even care about, I wanted what we agreed on fixed the correct way and he said "you just need to touch up those spots" again in such disbelief what I was hearing. I asked him what do you think I brought the car here for? I didn't want it touched up I could have done that myself, I wanted it fixed and repainted the right way. It was a lesson learned and definitely time for someone to hang it up and retire. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy!

Additionally, my mother dropped off an older truck since her rear window wouldn't roll down. After troubleshooting it they realized another part would be required that Toyota no longer made. Rather than charge mom labor for the work already done (which was a lot), they didn't charge her anything. We will definitely be going back fo any and all of our automotive needs just due to their customer service alone.

The others wanted me to call them rather than being proactive. I provided the vin and the quote was 60% less than the dealer. I spoke with Caleb, and we added more things to do. During the maintenance, he sent photos of his work. I live pretty close to him. He was able to take my car in the night before and he delivered the vehicle back to me completed. It is difficult to find an honest mechanic who isn't trying to scalp you. It is also difficult to find a mechanic that has fair pricing. I recommend Fix All Auto, LLC. I know I will be using Caleb again in the future.
