Chris was kind and communication was good to start. When we got to final plans, signatures, and materials payment it was all down hill. He would cancel the morning of, not show then finally text to say something came up and he could not make it. We were patient and understanding that he was dealing with an ill family member, but continued last minute cancels were very disruptive to our day and we were getting nothing for the money we paid. After 3 weeks of this it was requested he start the job and deliver the materials we paid for and he claimed to purchase, or issue a refund and we could go somewhere else. He said he and his team would be out the next day to complete the "1-2 day job". He finally showed up and began to dig the project site and left after just a few hours, no stone or materials were delivered. While his truck broke down Monday, we got no communications that he/his team would not be working the next day. Tuesday we heard nothing from him. We called, texted, and no response. We called the supply (stone) store who explained he called to place the order but never paid for or came to pick up the stone. When he finally reached back out to explain his truck was still in the shop, we explained that was not an excuse for ignorning his customer or the job site. After this we asked for a refund, less the small amount of labor that was performed thus far, and we would be going elsewhere. He said he could finish the job but at this point we were finished. Then we never heard back from him. Days have passed, we have called and texted, he still has not replied, never showed up to finish the job, and no refund has been issued. At this point he has abandoned the job site and will not return communication. It is understandable that he may have a lot going on, difficulty with staff, personal issues requiring time, but all we asked was the job be completed or the money refunded so we could find someone who could do it. read more

He took my deposit for $2,000 for materials. After 6 weeks of him making excuses of why he wasn't showing up when he said he would, he eventually stopped responding. He told me he ordered the rock and would be delivered, then made excuses of why it didn't for 6 weeks. When I called the supply house he was using, they said that he did order the rock, but never paid for it and stopped showing up. He then stopped responding to my texts and calls and took the money. It has been 2 weeks, and he has not responded or no material has arrived. He straight up lied and stole the money, ghosted the project. Do not give this many any money, he is a thief. read more

Chris and his crew did an excellent job installing a dry stacked stone wall, dry river bed, flagstone walkway, decorative stone and boulders on my property. They were very professional and polite. Chris kept me updated on his schedule on a daily basis and finished the job to my complete satisfaction. Everything looks great. Chris built retaining walls and a fire pit for us in our backyard. Chris was really friendly and helpful as he worked with us to figure out what stone we wanted. He also provided a detailed quote, which we appreciated. He also came back a couple months after the job was completed to fix a couple of loose caps on our walls that we noticed. Chris and his team installed a new paver patio over an old, cracked existing concrete patio. No need to remove the old concrete.
