They fed entire enormous trees into it. They made short work of what has been an ongoing problem. They arrived early and worked straight through. They looked professional and parked their huge equipment and trucks without blocking anything. My favorite bit, I approached and asked for some woodchips, they said yes. I ran to the store seeing how much they had to do I assumed I had all day. I also wanted to get a tip for them for the chips. When I came back they were packed up and leaf blowing the area, it looked so clean. But they opened the supply truck and the chip truck and unloaded chips for me, they are heavy and the are had to be re blown, and the trucks repacked before they could go. On top of that they refused my tip. I use the chips for compost to grow food. This was so nice. They smiled and acted like it was the easiest thing in the world, it was genuine kindness.

They were extremely helpful with the insurance company as well. The insurance company was trying to lowball my claim and not pay the amount needed to clean the area and make it safe. Brandon spoke to the adjuster and convinced them it was a much bigger situation then they were trying to claim. After all that, they were able to replace my deck that was destroyed in 2 days with a beautiful deck. Not to mention they did all this without me paying any money up front.
