First, I will start with how quick Cunningham and Sons got back to me and set up an appointment to evaluate and give me a quote on an extremely large tree that was becoming a danger to our home. They arrived this morning, even though it was raining and got right to work. They are honest and extremely hardworking! Not only did they tackle this very large tree, but they did so with complete professionalism and skill! This large tree was right beside a medium size shed, not to mention not far from our split entry home. They removed it without damaging ANYTHING! Terry and company were excellent to work with from beginning to end. We had a tree land on both our roof and the neighbor's roof during a holiday. Terry was quick to meet me to see the damage and provide an estimate, answering any questions I had along the way. He also spoke with the neighbor to explain what to expect from the removal process. He was available to remove the tree as soon as possible and only took a few hours to remove not only the hazard tree, but another large tree growing near our neighbors' houses. The whole crew was professional and quick with the work, and once the job was complete they cleaned the branches and debris from my yard and left the area spotless. Cunningham tree service certainly has to be one of the best Tree Trimming companies in the city. Not only, did Terry come in substantially lower than the other 3 bids that I received, but his professionalism absolutely surpassed what I had expected. I watched in awe as he climbed the tree as though he was a 12-year-old boy who loves to climb and knows exactly how to maneuver between branches and the tree trunk. We needed some trees trimmed and cleaned up after the big wind storm broke big branches (worst storm in 46 years). They were the only ones to respond, came over quickly and gave us a quote and scheduled us. Our next door neighbor also needed work (it was his tree that damaged my house - an ivy covered elm). They came back out and revamped my quote and quoted the neighbor. They were able to accommodate both of us the same day - the original scheduled day. They were VERY efficient and professional! Recently, he removed two very large trees at my in-laws and took out the stumps.
