I went with Barone Defense Firm, Patrick Barone specifically, for a 2019 misdemeanor DUI case. I…read moreregret this decision. Not only was this law firm MUCH more expensive than other law firms that offer similar services, but I found Mr. Barone to be highly unprofessional. He would frequently take multiple days to respond to my emails and questions, pushed back court dates with no regard for my own availability, never proactively reached out to me with updates, and once sent me confidential documents that were not my own and did not pertain to my case!! In the end, Barone did not get me a plea deal that was any better than I could have gotten with a more affordable lawyer, and his extensions to the legal process timeline only extended my stress over the situation. I'd recommend seeking counsel elsewhere.
