Non avrete altro Hamburger al di fuori di me. Carne 100% manzo, impastata a mano solo con spezie naturali secondo la Ricetta Segreta. Forma sempre diversa, nessun calibro, solo mani amorevoli. Cottura a puntino, senza schiacciare, tutti i succhi al loro posto, mai secco, sempre sugoso. Ingredienti di Qualità, formaggi veri, niente sottilette, niente sottaceti, mayonnaise fatta in casa e salse selezionate, verdure fresche del giorno, guarniture abbondanti che scendono sul piatto, pane fragrante come appena sfornato.

Una passione sfrenata per la cucina buona e semplice, coi sapori che riempono la bocca e alla fine del piatto sospiri. Uno scherzo e poi una sfida, per fare in casa l'hamburger perfetto. Tre anni di tentativi, modifiche, segreti, ritocchi. Per arrivare a Lui, l'Hamburger che mangi anche al piatto, come una tartare quasi. Poi la mania di ingredienti veri, normali e insieme speciali. L'asiago, è asiago. Il provolone è provolone. Dopo mille cene, mille amici felici, ho trovato un luogo che crede in questo, il Barock, Pub nato dalle menti e dal cuore del Cencio's. L'Hamburger perfetto è uscito di casa.

Emilio fa tante cose, certe noiose come il responsabile marketing di un'azienda di software, altre più movimentate, come il surf o lo snowboard fuoripista. Poi ne fa altre, speciali, semplici e con amore, quelle con il grembiule addosso. E un giorno è uscito di casa che tutti non gli entravano.

This place was perfect. Our server was super nice, the veggie patties were in my top three of all time. We loved the vibe of the place also. Would recommend to all vegetarians! allora, noi qui si ride e si scherza ma fuori c'è gente che va a mangiare il panino in quella catena di ristoranti con la "M" grossa...si, quella del pagliaccio che, detto tra noi, a me non ha mai fatto ridere... comunque, se volete un hamburger serio ma che quando dico serio dico che dopo un morso venite catapultati in matrix passando da narnja, venite al barock! lì c'è un omino grosso grosso,con un'ancora tatuata sul braccio,che usa quella piastra come se fosse un altare sul quale santificare il manzo. trovo difficile fare una descrizione, direi che è il miglior hamburger di tutta prato e firenze....e penso anche a mordor se lo stanno invidiando. il caso è chiuso! read more

Non pensavo che qualcuno mi avrebbe riappacificato con il mondo hamburger. Qui sono handmade, gli ingredienti sono iperselezionati (in particolare i formaggi!), la maionese è fatta a mano, le ricette sono originali, l'idea tutta è originale. Ho preso il Greek e il French Bastard (ricetta neonata consigliatami dallo chef). Entrambi un vero mondo di sapori. Insomma un luogo dove l'hamburger non ha niente di fast, è slow ed è buonobuonobuono. ps a breve dovrebbero inziare a fare anche il Veggie (vegetariano). Non vedo l'ora di provarlo. read more

I loro Burger non sono famosi come quelli Rodhouse Grill, Old Wild West e compagnia bella...però sicuramente sono più buoni. E puoi mangiarli senza che ti si spappolino in mano, che non è cosa da sottovalutare. Complimenti anche alla maionese fatta in casa! read more
