The way he pours the beer into the glass, clears the foam off, and dips the glass so its all nice and perfect for you. Such a pro. You can even taste a sample of the different craft brews if you are indecisive or your palate is feeling a little picky (aren't we all sometimes). Their selection of artisan beers is not overwhelming, there is a little bit of everything, and Ale will tell you what is good for you if you tell him what you like. They have my precious Cider! Don't judge me. There is no sign outside, easy to miss but worth looking for. It's not a huge place but it's very open inside. There is a small patio with a couple tables outside. I'm finally growing up and sometimes i wanna hang out and actually have a conversation and hear each other without having to yell out loud, ha! This is the place. If you look behind the bar, they have shelves with all the bottles, labeled by style. We tried a few new barrel aged stouts we had never come across, some of which were solid 10/10 beers. The food puts them over the top. The cheddar burger is a tasty burger, but the fries. Oh these fries. They are so crispy, so salty, and almost pinched in the middle so they have a little curl. I got the Salmon LT sandwich, a club with salmon as opposed to bacon. Toasted, which is common in this region of Italy. Tasty, although I might have enjoyed it with a little less cream cheese. My buddy ordered the hamburger with guacamole. The burger bordered on raw, but je enjoyed it. Staff was friendly and helpful, letting us sample some of the beers before we ordered. It's a good-sized place with tons of tables, inside and out. We arrived about 6:30, and the place was mostly empty. But it filled quickly after 7 with many folks stopping for a beer and snack after work.
