This Employment agency is pretty decent for helping you find Jobs. They Literally found me a job the first day and had me working the very next day. They always get my hours right ,so far I'm enjoying my time here and you can too. The only thing that can bother anyone is that the fact they are not very good at returning calls. Please don't come to this Chino location the representatives here will waste your time here they only want to steal your personal information so they can get bonus. They treat people with no respect or honor your qualifications sadly they put my mom through alot please keep in mind the agent reached out to us about a job and for my mom to go to the branch we called and confirmed appointment. My mom checked in and she waited for 45 minutes almost an hour (no one else in the office) even though she had already done her interview and application. The group of representatives all huddled by the entrance to a office door 7 ft away at most from lobby looking and goofing at a cell phone Friday afternoon 4pm my mom again kindly asked if she can talk to someone they looked at her and didn't acknowledge her just got quiet and a girl said "we will be with you shortly!" with fake attitude finally after 10 more minutes someone said they would need to call back on MONDAY. How nice to have a job and get paid to give people nothing but lies! Don't waste your time and save yourself stress try to go directly to a company like my mom happily did. These fresh out of high school kids and unprofessional adults working at this office need to get it together they have no knowledge on how to run a staffing agency and talk to customers the only reason its probably still running because of the thousands of applications. read more

The paperwork I had to fill out for their all-purpose application being hired through here for a job i love doing was terrible. The paperwork took almost 45 minutes and had nothing to do with my job. I am currently fighting to get my paycheck processed via .JPEG picture, the timecards are valid and authorized. After submitting the first time, they completely ignored me as though my issue of needing payment would go away. I am currently late for being paid. I submitted everything as requested, I received insufficient paperwork which my job was told they should have given me. When I submitted them again and mentioned this is my second attempt at submitting payroll, she finally replied I must scan the documents. That was never told to me, I don't even have a scanner in my office, or at my home. My boss wrote in that I worked during labor day, 9/4, and now, my payroll is further stalled. The process is painful. They voted for their own services, just look in the "Reviews not currently recommended" section. I worked with BaronHR from Tustin- Absolute worst staffing agency I have ever used! I only used them a month before I became so frustrated I contacted another agency. Within one month the following issues occurred. I had two temps not show up for their shit at 8AM.I contacted Baron to replace them, they said they would work on it. 3PM I contacted them to find out if they would be getting replacements for me. They never called to follow up or send me an e-mail. I also had an temp leave in the middle of his shift. I contacted Baron to replace, again no follow up.. I had to call them for an update. I ordered a temp to hire for a weekend shift. The temp shows up, two days later tells the manager he cant work a weekend shift. I was very specific in my e-mail this is temp to hire. I need someone permanent. Last straw with them, I had a temp who was not working out. I sent in his time card on Friday at 11AM and said please terminate. I do not want this guys back.. Guess who showed up on Monday.. All this happened in less than a month.. Incredibly frustrating! read more

We, I have two family members with the worst experience ever. Baron doesn't have great communication skills regarding contracts being up to date. There fore it makes payroll delayed or your not paid at all. Also, when the clients are accused of doing drugs for an excuse to end the assignment. Baron will not investigate knowing that a drug test was done and passed. Baron staff need to work their phone, front desk and people skills. Very rude ladies!!!! this place will fold if they don't brush up these most important factors of running a business. I would not recommend this place for now. I was with this agency for over a year and in my time with them I have been ignored, harassed, and lied to. Cathy Dunman is the new manager at the Perris branch, she lied to me saying my paycheck was already mailed out on Friday( I'm supposed to get paid on Friday). I didn't get my check till Wednesday of the next week. I was then informed that when she told me that my paycheck was in front of her on her desk. They took 2 hours to attend me and they said if i knew poeple that wanted to work because they has many positions available. They asked me for my resume and i didnt have one at the moment, so later that day I emailed it. I called and confirmed that i send it then after that they said it will take 2 days to get a call back from the company I was applying for. Its been a week and now they're saying its slow and once they find something they call me back. These poeple dont call you back. Never have I dealt with poor quality "job Agents". They will waste your time, they will be rude, they have no respect for their applicants, or their own job they think its a joke they pretend to be working. Another note They give false advertisement if you come in applying for a job "the job is taken" if you have already applied or are in their system the job is taken even though job has been posted within the hour. I would recommend this agency over most that my husband and I have encountered. They had him working in the same week that he applied and just hurt himself on the job however instead of making him lose his job he will be working for the agency directly for the next couple of weeks until he can return back to work. With my husband continuously looking for a job for the past almost 9 months and us now having a baby on the way I am truly grateful that someone is finally helping out like they're supposed to. I called them everyday asking if there were any job openings, they told me they got a new list of jobs coming in and so they asked for my name to add me to the list and told me they would give me a call back, and they never called me back. Absolutely horrible experience. My initial contact was through Zip Recruiter. I was contacted by a young woman named Raven. We agreed to meet for my initial consultation, and after filling out an hours worth of paperwork, I was directed to another associate name Berniece. Berniece interviewed me for approximately 10 minutes, and had stated during my interview that she was going to send me a test via e-mail. There was a customer service job that she said would be a good fit for me, so after confirming my e-mail and resume information, she stated that she would send me an e-mail so I could complete my testing. Not only did she not follow-up as she stated, I left 3 messages with the office in regards to my interview and the business at hand. As of this moment, I have not heard from their office or from Berniece, and have e-mailed them stating my disappointment and dismay with their poor service. They refused to give me my paycheck, and now will not answer or return my calls. I have never dealt with a more incompetent staff in my life. They cannot do anything correct here. I have seen others not receive their pay checks as well. When I confront her about it, she acts as if it is my fault too! She is a terrible manager, and I hope they learn that.
