Off the intercoastal, free parking (after 530), large, reasonably priced ($5000 for the whole space), has an outdoor terrace which can be used for a ceremony or cocktails, they provide round tables and banquet chairs and a large kitchen. Cons: ALOT of rules; no sparklers, or rice, you need to have Miami Dade police present, no smoking on the terrace, you only have the space for the length of your catering contract (which doesnt leave much time for set-up) they dont allow their chairs outside, and I had to get insurance for the event. Overall I'm happy with my choice. There was more than enough room for the buffet, 130 ppl and the dancing with ceremony on the balcony but for a DIY bride all of their rules were a bit much. Recommend this place if you have a budget you need to stick with and a planner!
