The receptionists are not always the most friendly and if you need a same day appointment it is extremely difficult to get most times. Getting blood work done here is fantastic I HATE needles or any sharp objects coming at me. But with their blood drawer I never even feel the needle! It is the most pleasant experience ever. No rooting around for a vein, no double poking claiming rolling veins, no saying sorry your vein collapsed.

I called and got a new patient appointment set quickly! Only 2 weeks out! I was asked to come in 15-20 minutes early for paperwork, and it only took about 10 minutes. Paid my co-pay and sat in the waiting room for only 10 minutes. Waited for the doctor a bit longer, but everyone was very friendly and helpful with all my questions, before seeing the doc. The doctor herself was very personable and easy to talk to. She answered all of my questions and took time with me. I did not feel like just a number. I really felt like she cared about my concerns. She's a keeper! The place itself was very clean and neat. Nicely decorated and many places to sit and wait. I think I'm gonna stay with those practice awhile!

I'm a Cleveland Clinic concierge patient, but I still had to wait another month to see Dr. Mehta -- I trusted her from past treatment, so I waited despite being in significant pain. A few days ago, on my way to the appointment, I hit stopped traffic from a car accident that had just happened. I called the office at 3:10 to explain, and was told to just get there as soon as I could -- that it shouldn't be a problem given the accident. I arrived at 3:33 for my 3:15 appointment and was turned away. No exceptions, no compassion. I explained I'd driven 45 minutes, called ahead, was in serious pain, had been trying to get this injection for 3 months, and had a competition out of town the next day. I was told I'd missed the 15-minute grace period and should have been there by 3:30. A 15-minute injection could easily have been worked in. If you're looking for compassion from this office -- from the front desk or from Dr. Mehta herself -- you won't find it here. I'm still stunned that a Cleveland Clinic physician would turn away a concierge patient in visible pain over an 18-minute delay caused by an accident I had no control over, after her own staff told me on the phone it wouldn't be a problem.

We love the data based approach to keeping track of our health based on our personal baselines and monitoring for changes over time. Her attentive personal touch endears her to us. We are 50ish, and we love that she's not way older or way younger than us. So she can identify with other aspects of our well being because she can relate to some degree. We've always had positive experiences with her care and ability to address our needs. Someone posted something negative about the office or appointment processes. While it is her office, we feel the need to separate the two. The quality of care is most important. It would be great if the online scheduling had more near term availability, but we know the best way to get in quickly is to call. Otherwise if you're on online creature, you can get something out into the future if it's not urgent and you are able to wait 6+ weeks. The staff is friendly and will do their best to meet your needs. And they seem like they're always trying to make improvements on that front. But the care has always been outstanding for us.

Literally the WORST doctor experience of my life. After waiting two months for an appointment and…read morearriving twenty minutes early, only to walk around for eighteen minutes to find the correct door, I was told I had to reschedule because I didn't have a physics copy of my driver's liscense. My appointment was at 1:30, and since my husband and I live close, he was able to drive it over my physical liscense, and I had the card in the nurses's hand by 1:38. I hadn't even finished the second page of my paper work it was so fast. They still wouldn't let me have my appointment, and I left in tears, unsure what to do as I had a uti, and needed this appointment. Honestly, when doctors often make patients wait 30-40 minutes, and this doctor can't even excuse 8 minutes, I'm glad this won't be my family care doctor. Please avoid this doctor at all costs.

I ended up having to have emergency brain surgery on May 21, 2020. Dr. Borsellino took as much time as I needed to explain why he thought surgery was the best option, to answer any questions I had, and make sure I felt comfortable in my decision. After the surgery he made sure I was informed of everything that happened and what I could expect. Dr. Borsellino saves my life and I would recommend him to anyone.
