She was extremely helpful with hands on corrections and gave several modifications so you were sure to get a great work out no matter what fitness level you were at or if you have bad joints. Her class was high energy and the playlist was awesome. I felt awesome after it was all over. It was a great experience and I will definitely be going back! Get there early to make sure you get a good parking spot if you go after work like I did-it seems to be a popular time in that area in general.

It's a great open studio with room to spread out, loud music to get you jumping, and kind and helpful instructors. I'm a bit older and out of shape so didn't keep up with the entire class, but everyone is encouraged to go at their own pace. You will sweat, so they provide towels. They also provide weights, balls, and mats to use during class. They also have childcare if needed. Bring your water and you'll be set.
