I visited a few Pilates studios as they had post recovery sessions (which I desperately needed). I signed up for private training session, with intention of registering for the classes that my personal trainer would recommend (she was so awesome). I was finally on my way to my live of fitness, not only for my body but my mental wellbeing). My doctor unfortunately caught that my ailment required more time to analyze from a doctors perspective. I called immediate and was told that all is good as it's 10 days until you can't cancel. on January 19, I went in for a refund, February 2nd no refund. Julia who handled the refund transaction was inattentive (very differ than when my money was accepted). Julia, was rude since day one of managing my refund, she continued to give me "attitude " and said "it could even take 15 business days". My bank shared that's too long. She made me feel less than, I feel like a $ sign. no problem taking my money with happiness. She is the reason why I won't go to this studio as she seemed to continuously not care about me nor my situation. This is supposed to be a place for well being and I work in the field so have a vast knowledge of this. Definitely was treated differently when asked for a refund, until cleared by my doctor. I will NEVER go back. I'm happy for all of you who didn't have to experience this. There are some of us who need a post recovery before going back, who are treated less than. No refund yet but a phone call was made for me not to post this. What does that tell you? I went through all the right channel, and still got treated like . I wish everyone well and hope they reflect on how they manage people like me mov forwar. btw got an email that I got q refund, NO I DID NOT.

Crystal was very warm, welcoming and kind. Her studio is well equipped with reformers, chairs and barre. Location is fantastic for visitors, likely for locals too!
