I have many years of legal experience, and I'm shocked by the unprofessionalism I received from Mrs. Pratt and her team. Despite referring multiple family and friends to her firm, I was taken aback when Mrs. Pratt implied that I said she didn't care about her clients. This claim is not only false, but also absurd given the number of referrals I've made to her directly. I was left to handle critical aspects of my claim including personally picking up my medical records from hospitals, scheduling my own MRI, obtaining the MRI results, obtaining additional pertinent documentation, and ascertaining my own Orthopedic treatment. Making matters worse my claim was accepted and she did nothing to obtain what I was entitled to. I needed an orthopedic and she sent me to a chiropractor which, frankly made my condition worse. Her office failed to secure necessary evaluations and treatment for my debilitating injuries, and my case sat in limbo. I was often alone on conference calls with her staff, as Mrs. Pratt was never present. When I switched attorneys, I received 4x the offer Colleen presented me with, plus benefits such as my back TTD benefits owed to me, current benefits, penalties, mileage reimbursement and anything else I was entitled to. To make matters worse, Mrs. Pratt implied that I should settle my case quickly due to my sister's passing, completely disregarding the severity of my injuries and the impact on my life. To top it off, Mrs. Pratt is seeking attorney fees for work she didn't do - I'm the one along with my husband's support who did the work & heavy lifting on my case. I have plenty of documentation to support my claims. I strongly advise others to research their attorneys carefully before hiring anyone. I don't want to identify myself while my case is still unresolved and risk having my case sabotaged before I have the chance to find another attorney after they've dragged me along for nearly two years. It seemed like she was the only one making an effort because the attorney who was supposedly assigned to my case never communicated with me--not once. And that's considering I had two "case managers" during the duration of my case. After nearly two years, I never had a single conversation with the attorney who was supposedly representing me. I did everything they asked of me. I attended therapy, provided witnesses, gathered evidence, and followed every instruction they gave me. Despite all of that, they never filed my case. Now, after almost two years, they've decided to drop my case, saying it "isn't feasible to pursue." If that was truly the case, why did they accept it in the first place? Why continue representing me for nearly two years if you never intended to take it to court? If my case was so weak that it wasn't worth pursuing, you should have been honest from the beginning instead of wasting valuable time that I can never get back. To make matters worse, after keeping me in limbo all this time, they tell me I now have only a limited amount of time left to find another attorney and pursue my claim. Their delay has put me in a far more difficult position than I would have been in had they simply declined my case from the start. Based on my experience, this firm appears to be more interested in cases that lead to quick settlements than in genuinely advocating for their clients. If that's not the case, then their lack of commitment is deeply concerning. Either way, my experience has been extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend this firm.

Phone calls are not returned in a timely manner and text messages oftentimes go unanswered. We contracted with this firm after an automobile accident by an uninsured motorist in October 2016. I lost quite a bit of time off from work to attend chiropractic sessions and when we completed we asked for status to settle. No response. After asking again, we were told we were in arbitration. Fast forward to Dec 18 2019 and the firm receives payment from my insurance firm. I received a text message asking for authorization to sign and deposit. We granted permission and were told that we'd have our split after the check cleared along with a deposit into our account. Again we were told we'd have a deposit in by Monday Dec 23 2019. Complete silence for the following four days and then a response on Jan 6 2020 that they'd work on the draft as they were working on distribution after settling with the hospital. About another week of waiting and we finally receive distribution paperwork. We sign the releases on Jan 9 2020 and were told that they couldn't deposit into our bank account. A check was supposedly in the mail but it never arrived. I asked for the mail date and the response was "yes". Jan 23 2020 I was sent a text asking if I received a check yet... my reply was no. They told me if I didn't get a check by 1/24/2020 they would draft a new one and send it via three day mail. Mail takes two no more than four days to go across state lines and it's been over two weeks. I don't comprehend how a check for that amount was sent via regular mail vs certified.
