I had a very disappointing experience at this estate sale. I made an appointment, arrived early,…read moreand immediately grabbed the item I came for and placed it on the holding table to purchase. A little later, I overheard an employee telling another customer that the same item was going to be sold to them instead. When I questioned it, I was told that the other customer had made an appointment the day before, even though I also had an appointment and had already claimed the item in person. That made no sense and felt extremely dishonest and unprofessional. If items are not actually available to the first customer who finds and holds them, that should be clearly communicated upfront. The way this was handled was unfair, poorly managed, and left a very bad impression. I will not be attending this company's sales again.
