Tara was a godsend for our situation. My siblings and I live out-of-state, and Covid dissuaded us from traveling to handle the preparation of our parents' condo for sale. What we needed was a trustworthy, diligent person to be our boots on the ground from start to finish. Tara agreed to take on the task, even within the tight escrow schedule. My family and the condo association threw enough twists, turns and roadblocks at her, to turn many a steadfast soul away screaming. But she handled everything. She walked us through the condo via Facetime, and we identified heirlooms for her to ship to us. With our permission, she showed the condo to the buyers, who were interested in keeping some of the furniture, tagging the items they wanted. Leaving plenty of time before closing, she boxed the heirlooms to ship to us, arranged for clothing and furniture donations, then hauled away everything else, cleaned the place, leaving behind a unit so presentable that the buyers reported back to us that they were very pleased. Tara met many challenges along the way, some on the verge of intractable, but through all of this, she was quick and honest in her communication with me about problems and creative in proposing solutions. Let me be straight--Tara is no wilting lily. When people were making her job difficult, she worked things out assertively, getting us--her clients--involved as needed, but also doing fine on her own. My takeaway--Tara has a real heart for her task and her clients, and is dedicated to completing a project well. One caveat--ours was a relatively small operation, and she took it on concurrently with another project, which did pull her away from ours for a day or two here and there. I do recommend scheduling her as early as possible and giving her ample time for the task, because as things come up--internally and externally--there will always be unexpected delays. read more

I found Tara quite fortuitously on the internet when we were moving my mom from her 3 bedroom home in Florida to an Independent Living community in New York. Under the best of circumstances, this is a stressful time in most people's lives. Right from the start, Tara was incredibly reassuring, kind, and committed to doing the very best job she could for us (even though it would not be a large money making proposition for her). She communicated frequently to update us through texts, photos and phone calls. She worked hard to publicize the sale and spent many hours organizing and displaying all of my mom's items in a beautiful and thoughtful way. I am thrilled to have paid the hourly rate to have Tara and her helper box what didn't sell and arrange for a local charity to pick up (and clean the house when this was done). When the first charity said their truck was full, Tara scrambled and used her connections to get a different charity to remove the items the very next day so my mom would not be penalized at closing. I have to agree with EVERYTHING people wrote about Tara....she definetly goes above and beyond, and then some. She worked with me when my Mom passed away last month. I live in Boston, but was in Fla doing last minute things for my Mom when I met Tara. She knew how distraught I was since it was so fresh and raw, but I handed over the keys to her and she established the sale for a few weeks from then. I flew back to Boston with all my Moms possessions in her hands. She was was always sending me pictures while she was setting up at the apt. She actually found my Moms wedding dress, which I had no idea she even had. It is being sent to me, but she sent a picture of it and it made my day. Imagine not knowing she had it all these years.....she is a woman of her word. Tara was fantastic. My mother had a stroke in November of 2015 and was unable to return to her condo in Hollywood Florida. I had to move her to an assisted living facility near me in Denver Colorado. This of course meant we had to sell all of her belongings including her car, but I could not do it from Denver. I luckily found Archangels on EstateSales.net. None of our family lives in town, but we were able to meet with Tara on a visit in September. She took care of absolutely everything. There was not one issue she did not foresee, nor one problem that she could not solve. We put 100% of our trust in her And she absolutely delivered! She and her team organized everything in the house and got it ready for the estate sale, then they packed out everything that didn't sell and either donated it or got rid of it. After that, her team came in and cleaned the house. Our real estate agent even remarked later that the house was very clean and that no additional cleaning was necessary. I'm not sure how I could have been able to sale my late mother's condo without the help of Archangels. The problem was I live in Texas and mom's condo was in Lauderhill. I was able to finally get some time off from work and go to Florida and review the condition of mom's condo. Due to the fact that mom was physically unable to do much work in the last couple of years of her life, the condo was in bad shape and there was much work to be done on it to say the least.
