I had GAP coverage so I thought I was good, but I wasn't. I was never informed by Sun East, verbally or thru Disclosures, that in the unfortunate event of a total loss, that GAP insurance will not cover the Skip-A-Pay's that was offered due to good standing. Not only was my wife injured in the accident that she did not cause, we were forced to get another vehicle out of pocket, we have a new car note, and now we have additional payments for the Skip-A-Pay's that were out to the back of the loan. When i asked Assurant GAP Coverage, they stated they are responsible for the contractual deadline amount. Not the Skip-A-Pay's that were deferred. Sun East failed to disclose that factor. Now I have more debt and a negative impact on my credit score.

I met with Tara and she was condescending, defensive, and was gaslighting me when I started crying on the call after she went on a diatribe about the importance of bookkeeping. I also disagreed with her statement that "Bookkeeping is the backbone of your business." Unfortunately, Rose was also on the call and there wasn't any intervention.
