Besides BJ's this shopping center has a Hobby Lobby, Big Lots, Verizon, Staples and several other smaller retailers. There is plenty of parking here, and ease of access and the center has been well-maintained. This center is strategically located on Rte. 6 in Seekonk, the major retail corridor servicing the East Bay of RI and MA. Seekonk Crossings is ideally located on Rte. 6 between exit 2C (RI) and exit 1 (MA) off of Interstate 195.

Many years ago, the local retailer Benny's used to be a favorite of many locals....they went…read morebankrupt and many of their large buildings stayed vacant for years. This former Benny's site on Branch Avenue has been converted into a nice modern shopping area called Dryden Mill. One of the most successful redevelopments of former Benny's locales....this is one of the spaces that make up Dryden Mill. The Benny's building has been redeveloped to a nice modern 25,000 square feet shopping area. Dryden Mill, a historic building right next door which has 64,763 square feet will also be redeveloped along with a 7,950 square feet three-story office building. This shopping and business area will eventually accommodate over 98,000 square feet of retail and office space. Right now you can find a Jersey Mike's, Hunts Photo and Video, Wayback Burger, Chipotle and a Lifespan Urgent medical center. Easy to get to from North Main, Branch Ave or the highway.

Midland Commons (formerly Midland Mall from 1965-1985 and Rhode Island Mall from 1985-2011) is an…read moreoutdoor power center in Warwick. It previously existed as a two-story, enclosed shopping mall. The property opened as the Midland Mall in October 1967; for several years, it co-existed with the nearby Warwick Mall that opened in 1970. The mall was renamed the Rhode Island Mall in March 1985, and experienced rapid decline as tenants relocated to the Warwick Mall in the 1990s. It was considered a dead mall by the 2000s, and the interior of the mall was closed permanently in April 2011. The property was sold in 2012 and has been under redevelopment into its current configuration as a power center since 2016. The mall was originally anchored by Sears and Shepards. The latter eventually became G. Fox, and later Filene's, before being divided into Kohl's and Walmart. The former was converted into At Home and Raymour & Flanigan. The interior of the mall was turned into Burlington, Dick's Sporting Goods, and Planet Fitness. I usually go to this mall for the Walmart, the At Home store or the BJ's Market. I have been to Kohl's and Dick's as well. It is a fairly busy mall with several fast food and sit down restaurants in the periphery of the main retail area.

The Warwick Mall is hosting a 2026 Winter Farmers Market on Sunday's February - May 3rd. The…read morevendors we encountered include two bakers (breads, pastry, foccia, etc) three sweets vendors (cookies, vegan cupcakes and kraffles) two local farms selling meat and eggs, a book and associated items seller, jewelry, soy candles, loose teas, spices, t-shirts, sweatshirts, personalized photo magnets, honey and more. Located in an unoccupied storefront there is plenty of space and it was almost full of vendors. The market was well attended during our visit around 11:30 with lines cueing up at some of the vendor tables. I did not see any produce vendors, and I suppose there is not much fresh veg growing in RI in February. Many of the vendors have socials accounts, websites and business cards. Definitely stop by and see if there is anything of interest. We found several vendors that would make good resources for gift giving in the future. The mall is doing well with most storefronts occupied. Rocky Point chowder house is to be opened in the food court. I look forward to that. Plenty of parking. Public restrooms near the food court and a nursing lounge near the middle of the mall.

There's a large number of stores that can be found in here, though there are more local businesses…read morethan there used to be. The mall itself has a number of seating areas along the concourse as well as a food court that features a carousel and once featured botanical carousel horses. The anchors are your average mall anchors (JC-Penny, Macy's, Old Navy, Jordan's Furniture, Target, and Golf Galaxy), but it's still a good mall nonetheless!

It has a few stores that attract a lot of customers like the Ocean Job Lot, Advance Auto Parts, Burlington and Skechers. The parking lot is very large and usually there's no issues finding parking here. Burlington is the anchor store at this strip mall. Customers can easily come here from Rumford, Providence, Pawtucket, East Providence, Riverside, Warwick and Barrington. Well situated mall.

It is very close to a Hampton Inn, many restaurants, Walmart, McDonald's, Stop n Shop gas and convenience store, etc. This last time I went I visited their West Marine store, but you can also find a Five Guys, Adam and Eve, Chow Time restaurant, nail salon and Orange Leaf fitness. The entrance to the shopping area is from Fall River Ave, but if you on Route 6, you can easily access by turning onto Fall River Ave. Plenty of parking.
