Basically was talked to like i was inferior especially by the wife ursula and i was basically forced to do a majority of the paper work because i guess they were too busy so im still confused why I even hired. On June 12, 2021, around midnight, I was driving home with my 5-year-old son when a car T-boned us as it was exiting a gas station near Victorville. He attempted to hit and run but the police tracked him down quickly. I was mentally shaken and worried about my son's health and the pains I immediately felt around my shoulder. I called and spoke to Guillermo Machado a couple of times since I wasn't sure what I wanted to do and had never dealt with insurance companies and car accidents before.
