I spoke with attorney Heather Lam via phone regarding taking my workers comp case, she requested from list of documents to be email to her office and complete prospective client questionnaire and schedule another telephone appointment one week after I email my documents regarding workers comp. I emailed her all the documents and scheduled telephone appointment, I took time off from work so I can speak with her, I called exactly on the date and time scheduled, I spoke with secretary and per secretary attorney Heather Lam will call you in five minutes, I waited for 2 hours, but she did not call.
