I like doing business with Barrows because real people work there. if I call, a person answers the phone. If I walk in without an appointment, a person greets me. I don't have to click off frames with traffic lights or motorcycles only to find out that the robot detector is not working. The people understand my issue and help me fix it unlike chat boxes that time out, don't understand and can't make creative responses.
